Terms & Conditions

To commission an artwork a 50% deposit is necessary. This will confirm the time put aside for the creation of the artwork and a guaranteed time of completion. All details of the commissions are set out in a contract and emailed (or posted) to you.

During the process of the commission, regular updates (images) of the progress will be sent for your approval. Once completed, and approved, the artwork will be paid for in full including postage/ shipping prior to dispatch.

Artwork is fully insured, during and while in shipping.

The copyright of all artwork remains solely with the artist (Clae Eastgate) and can be reproduced only with permission. Resale rights are applicable on all artwork.
